The yoga retreats are ?individual? in the sense that you can come alone and start on whatever day of the year ? just when you need it ? and the attention you get is personalized. We will look at your yoga level and needs, your dietary needs or wishes to learn about food and health. Then in your private sessions we offer you personal guidance.

Aleid is a qualified yoga instructor who utilizes her knowledge of evidence-based psychology and eastern knowledge to gain a wider perspective and approach to healing. *Licensed psychologist (Masters Clinical Psychology, Amsterdam), Imago Couples Therapist. *23 years of experience as psychologist and life coach. *Senior yoga teacher with 24 years of yoga experience with over 4000 teaching hours and received over 1000 hours of teacher training. Since 2004 she has concentrated on her own blend of yoga, coaching, therapy, and meditation in private practice and organizing retreats.

Doby

Doby comes from a family with a curiosity towards many different cultures, especially culinary culture and music. He started helping his mother in the kitchen from a young age and never stopped liking the process of preparing world food and the joy of eating together. Doby trained as a cabinet maker first to allow him to live and work anywhere in the world and building beautiful kitchens was a favorite. After going through cancer, Doby took up healthy, tasty cooking as a new profession and loves it. Doby also trained in massage and reiki techniques and because hands-on work and a tranquil focus come natural for him, he developed a very well received massage style.

09:00 - Yoga in small group (in summer earlier and sometimes on the beach),
11:00 - Special coffee / tea and healthy snack after yoga
12:30 - Individual session (if possible in the outdoor office)
13:30 - Hot vegetarian lunch together, siesta (-: walk / swim / cycle etc
17:00 - Massage (1 per week included, more can be booked)
18:30 - Meditation (if possible sometimes at an amazing spot in nature)

They offer pickup from Figueres Vilafant for 25 euros.
They dont offer pickup from Barcelona airport BCN/AVE.

Pickup service is available in day-time from 9:00 till 21:00.
It is cheaper than a taxi. If your arrival is earlier or later please discuss.
So far most of the guests ask them for a pickup from Girona airport or they land in Barcelona, take the AVE to Figueres Vilafant and you meet them at the train station.

All of Europe can be reached by train.

Ha sido una experiencia excelente. El lugar es espectacular, las instalaciones comunes y las habitaciones están completamente renovadas. El programa de actividades fue enriquecedor y la reserva con Aloha Book Retreats muy cómoda y sencilla.

Me encantó la ubicación, muy tranquila, en plena naturaleza. En cuanto a la comida, a pesar de no ser vegana, tenía cierto temor de quedarme con hambre o no disfrutarla, pero para mi sorpresa, estaba perfecta. Las anfitrionas saben cómo cuidar a los demás.

La verdad es que, a pesar de tener experiencia previa en meditación, nunca antes había practicado yoga. Me ha dejado encantada! También tuve la suerte de coincidir con personas maravillosas. La atención al cliente de Aloha Book Retreats fue amable y efectiva!
