Relax and take a time out...
The Relaxation Break has been designed for you to reconnect with your mind and body, and give you the opportunity to find your balance through mental strength and stress reduction. You will participate in activities that release your tensions and concerns, with sound bath therapies, mindfulness or yoga sessions, and pampering massages that will get your blood circulation smoothly running and make you feel reborn. You will start your mornings with gentle stretching and a body scan, very smoothly with relaxed energy. By mentally scanning yourself, you bring awareness to every single part of your body, observing any pain, tension, or overall discomfort. The goal is to get to know and learn about your body, so that you can better manage it. In the afternoon and evenings, you will be given therapeutic and relaxing Massages, to ease your tensions and feelings of stress. A perfect way to end your days relaxed and renewed. The destination is the green and authentic northern part of Tenerife, known for its tranquility and authenticity on the island. This is where most of the local people live and the Canary culture is at present, in contrary to the touristic south of the island. We consider the north of Tenerife the ideal location for a wellbeing break, especially in European autumn and winter months where the temperature and weather feels like a constant spring where the sun warms your skin, but you still feel the freshness of the air.

Roberto
Mindfulness & Yoga teacher Roberto is a meditation teacher who helps people around the world to relax, concentrate and find serenity through ancestral meditation techniques. He has been teaching for almost 10 years. After graduating from university in Italy and working in various types of jobs, Roberto began travelling through various continents, and during his time away from home he had what can be considered a spiritual awakening. Among the various trips, probably the most impactfuland intensive experience was the one to India. It is no coincidence that the meditation pedagogy most frequently used by Roberto comes from yoga. Roberto currently lives in Tenerife (Spain), where he collaborates with the company Mbestcare to organise meditation retreats, helping people from all over the world.

Massage information Hot stone massage The hot stone massage is a relaxing therapy of oriental origin that works not only on physical wellbeing but also for mental wellbeing, as it helps to relax muscular tensions and achieve a perfect energy balance. To carry out this massage, smooth stones of volcanic origin are used that slide over the skin through a relaxing massage. Subsequently, they are placed by exerting slight pressure on the chakras, meridians, or acupuncture points present on the back, face, arms, and legs, thus activating the vital flow and achieving complete harmony with oneself. The benefits of a hot stone massage occur due to the temperature of the stones that alters improved blood circulation, the elimination of toxins, and the relaxation of stiff or sore joints and muscles. Deep Tissue Massage A deeper pressure applied throughout the massage which is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The massage is focused on the deeper layers on the muscle tissue. Sound baths The sound baths are therapies based on sound frequencies. A sound bath is an immersive experience that promotes relaxation of the body while listening to various instruments from different ancient cultures. A sound bath is a sound journey that transports consciousness to different places with music and promotes the release of tensions and concerns in the body, which travels through each cell, muscle, and organ with specific frequencies.
