Beachbody Coach, F45 Trainer and Liift 4. Solé is a CPT with experience in the industry who has been around for over 10 years. Well known for being part of breaking record selling programs such as LIIFT4 from Beachbody, becoming a Beachbody coach and also creating her very own program with Fabletics Fit. She was also F45's Studio Manager for over a year on their prime location in Hollywood, Los Angeles, training some big names in the industry such as Mark Wahlberg.

Yin Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. Sofia's journey in yoga started back in 2016 when she was first introduced to the practice by a good friend. 8 years down the line, she is now a certified Yin Yoga instructor and a devoted student to her daily practice. As the founder of Alas, her mission is to share the profound benefits of Yoga with all who seek balance, flexibility, and a deeper connection to themselves. Through stillness, we discover our strength, resilience, and the untapped potential within.

(15/20 min cooldown) 10:00 - Breakfast at Villa 11:00 - Free time 18:00 - Restorative/yin yoga practice (1 hour) 19:30 - Group dinner *On Tuesday 11th the afternoon class will be replaced by a day tour around the island (included in the cost). 14th November 08:00 - 1 hour Beachbody Inspired Workout with Sole. Alojamiento
Located in the quiet village of Chayofa, near Arona, the very spacious Villa Ginevra offers an excellent view of the sea and the mountains. The 300 m2 villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 16 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine as well and 8 TVs located in some of the bedrooms and living room. Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The open terrace is furnished with comfortable loungers, lounge chairs and umbrellas and a table and the covered terrace offers a dining area with a table and chairs. Spend the day sunbathing on one of the sun loungers and take a refreshing dip in the pool afterwards. In the evening, enjoy the quiet surrounded by nature and tranquillity.

Reiki & Massage Treatments Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning life energy or vital force. Reiki is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things. When this energy is blocked or low, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances. During your 30-minute session, the practitioner will start with a thorough consultation to understand your specific needs and concerns, followed by using a series of hand positions, focusing on areas known as chakras or energy centres, to facilitate the energy flow. You will be able to book your slot before your arrival to Tenerife. The cost of the Reiki Treatment is included in your retreat. Massage Appointments can be requested at an extra cost. The Masca & Teide Day Tour Traveling through Guía de Isora towards the Las Cañadas del Teide National Park, the route continues through the La Orotava Valley to reach Icod de los Vinos, home of the emblematic Millennial Dragon Tree of the Canary Islands. The trip continues along the north coast route to visit Garachico, a charming and historic seaport where visitors can escape from everyday reality. This is where participants will have time to enjoy lunch (not included in the price). The last visit will be to the small town of Masca, renowned for its beautiful landscapes and its deep valleys that descend into the sea.

The retreat package will include 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners, with snacks, tea, and coffee available daily. The organizers are collaborating with the Chef to provide a nutritious 3-course menu that not only offers variety but also refuels participants' bodies for the next training day. Their private Chef will select products from local markets, focusing on organic, in-season produce. During their Day Tour to Teide, participants will stop at one of Masca's best restaurants for some amazing local Spanish food, all while enjoying stunning views. *The Chef will cater to any dietary restrictions - participants are encouraged to inform the organizers when making their booking.
