Claudia grew up in Austria with an international background and moved to Paris after graduating where she lived and worked in finance, real estate and tourism for many years. She trained as a yoga teacher, deepened her plant based cooking skills, quit her job and moved with her daughter to the South of Spain to open her own private paradise : Samadhi Lodge. The village of Sayalonga is 800 meters away, where there are several daily buses to Málaga.

The retreat is located 42 km east of Málaga. Private transfers are available for €75 per car, one way, from the airport or Málaga. There is also a local bus from Málaga central bus station.

Because a healthy and happy mind and body starts on the plate, nutritious, natural and tasty food is a priority for us.

Breakfast and dinner are served at the retreat. Their meals are sometimes vegetarian, but mostly plant-based, gluten and sugar free, with special attention to gut health. Due to the small group size, they can also cater to other dietary needs. Must specify when booking.

Ha sido una experiencia excelente. El lugar es espectacular, las instalaciones comunes y las habitaciones están completamente renovadas. El programa de actividades fue enriquecedor y la reserva con Aloha Book Retreats muy cómoda y sencilla.

Me encantó la ubicación, muy tranquila, en plena naturaleza. En cuanto a la comida, a pesar de no ser vegana, tenía cierto temor de quedarme con hambre o no disfrutarla, pero para mi sorpresa, estaba perfecta. Las anfitrionas saben cómo cuidar a los demás.

La verdad es que, a pesar de tener experiencia previa en meditación, nunca antes había practicado yoga. Me ha dejado encantada! También tuve la suerte de coincidir con personas maravillosas. La atención al cliente de Aloha Book Retreats fue amable y efectiva!
