A holistic approach to natural health balancing Mind & Body!
This retreat, spanning 6 days and 5 nights, is designed to offer participants a sacred sanctuary where they can immerse themselves in the profound practice of slowing down amidst silence. During this retreat, attendees will delve into: Silence: Pratyahara, the fifth limb of yoga, entails the literal "withdrawal of the senses." Our senses serve as bridges between our inner and outer worlds—what we see, taste, hear, touch, and smell, along with the words we speak constantly translating our inner thoughts. When embracing silence, or "mouna" in yogic terms, we turn inward, unveiling previously unnoticed aspects of our existence. Expanded Awareness: Embracing silence shifts our perspective from that of speaker or listener to that of silent observer, offering diverse viewpoints of our inner and outer realms. Silence fosters unique individual experiences, yet shares a common ground in altering our awareness. Moments of insight become regular occurrences during the practice of silence. Slowing Down: Against the backdrop of silence, participants are encouraged to decelerate. This retreat offers a simple yet enriching schedule, allowing ample free time for introspection, contemplation, and embracing the art of "dolce far niente." The other side of the noisy mind: While silence diminishes the volume of speech, it often amplifies the noise within our minds. Initially, the mind may resist the quietude, attempting to divert attention with various distractions. However, by cultivating inner observation without immediate engagement, participants can navigate this mental chatter. Through continued practice of silence, meditation, and yoga nidra, the mind gradually acclimates to the tranquility, offering glimpses of the freedom beyond its noisy façade.

Meditation: Meditation sessions will be held in silence, Charo will be guiding an introduction in each session to help you tap into a meditative state. She will bring you out of the session softly to seal and close each practice.
Yoga: In this guided practice, you will lie down, wrap up and fully relax while Charo guides you through a beautiful journey of deep relaxation.You will practice deep body awareness through a soft yet profound asana and pranayama daily practice.
