The boot camp retreat’s fresh & organic Mediterranean inspired menu is a key element of our results oriented fitness program & is always top of the list of what guests love the most. The menus are filled with delicious healthy clean cuisine, gut healthy, nutrient dense, unprocessed, sugar free all meals are prepared freshly each day with local organic produce by your dedicated retreat Chef & his team. They strongly believe in food as medicine & so all of menus are prepared with care & attention to nutritional content, healing ability, alkalinity & of course are a treat for both the eye & the taste buds. The menu is made to fuel the body for each days activities, promote healthy weight loss & most importantly to help to build a strong healthy mind & body. The retreat menu is free from; soy, alcohol, coffee, gluten, dairy, red meat, unnatural sugars, wheat, artificial sweeteners & preservatives. They are happy to cater for those guests with special dietary needs, food allergies & intolerances.
Política de cancelación y pago
- Para una cancelación de la reserva a menos de 30 días del retiro, el depósito no se devolverá.
- Para una cancelación de la reserva de entre 30 y 49 días antes del retiro, se devolverá la mitad del depósito.
- Para una cancelación de un retiro con 50 o más días de antelación, te devolveremos el depósito íntegramente.
- Deberás completar el pago restante 30 días antes del retiro.
