This yoga retreat is just right for you if you want a balanced mix of yoga and a holiday. After the yoga class, you have the opportunity to explore the beautiful Canary Island of La Palma every day. As they do not accommodate other guests during your yoga retreat, they can adapt to your wishes and background knowledge in a very individual and sensitive way. This makes them very different from yoga retreats that are offered for groups. Because they have the opportunity and the time to organise the yoga class in such a way that you receive full attention, it is easier to make corrections to the physical and breathing exercises. A special highlight of this yoga retreat is the location of lovingly designed flower oasis with sea views and its secluded location. The wild and romantic valley in the mountains of La Palma offers an ideal setting in which to practise yoga and unwind. The daily yoga sessions take place on a beautifully situated yoga meadow with an idyllic view of the oasis.

Their wish was to create a little paradise on earth where body, mind and soul can live in harmony with nature. After years of travelling across five continents, they finally found the perfect place to realise this vision on the beautiful island of La Palma. So a wild and romantic valley in the mountains of the sunny west of La Palma became their home. For seven long years, they tore down the old dilapidated buildings and rebuilt their oasis "VIDYAMOR" with great attention to detail. After that phase of intensive work, they had the opportunity to realise themselves again as state-certified yoga teachers and naturopaths with numerous further and advanced training courses. They have a holistic treatment concept.

You can choose your own catering. You can choose between a detox or wellness variant: Detox 3 different fruit and vegetable juices and detox teas daily, plus one fruit and vegetable meal each. Wellness Sweet or savoury breakfast creations from muesli, fruit juices, salads and sprout bread, spreads and much more. On the evening of your arrival, you will be served a carefully prepared salad with avocado, sprouted bread, olives and aromatic herbs. On the day of departure, they prepare a small travel snack consisting of dried fruit, nuts and fruit.

- Para una cancelación con 15 días o más de antelación respecto al retiro, el organizador tendrá la opción de reagendar el retiro para ofrecerte la experiencia en un futuro.
- Para una cancelación de la reserva con menos de 15 días de antelación, el depósito no será devuelto.
- Deberás completar el pago restante 30 días antes del retiro.
