An ideal retreat to escape from stress and focus on your wellbeing.
This program is intended for those who suffer from acute stress, burn-out and anxiety related disorders, including emotional and relational difficulties. It will also offer help to cope with psychosomatic illnesses and chronic pain.While not directly a therapy, Mindfulness gives us the tools to change our perspective on our ailments and manage them, so as to give us the opportunity to lead more fulfilling lives. Compassion and self-compassion are vital parts of this program.The participant will have the opportunity to experience several practices from the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn (the creator of the Mindfulness movement), such as Mindful movements, Mindful stretching and Mindful walks in beautiful natural surroundings.You will be guided by your personal mentor and life coach Alain Bourguignon, a university expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Bioenergetic Therapies.Using the tools of consciousness and movements, you will embark on a personal journey to building a better relationship between your body and your mind, and an expansion of awareness from the bodily sensation to the environment.

Mindfulness & Chi-Kung Teacher. Alain Bourguignon has a degree in Chinese Bioenergetic Therapies from the Real Centro Universitario Escorial María Cristina and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela. He studied Acupuncture, Tui-Na and Medicinal Chi-Kung at the International Acupuncture Training Center in Beijing.He began his Chi-Kung studies in 1984 in France and England, and regularly travels to Thailand to follow the teachings of Taoist Master Mantak Chia. He has a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Escorial University Center and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela (University Expert), advanced training in Acupuncture and Chi-Kung at the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center and in Chi-Kung at the Wudang Academy of Taoist Arts.
