"Inner Waves" symbolizes the ebb and flow of our emotions. Just like the ocean's waves, our emotions can be powerful, soothing, or turbulent, but they are always in motion. There is a direct bus from Barcelona central station. We will also organize carpooling.
You can bring sleepers or comfy inside shoes to use in the house. (No outside shoes in the house), you can also bring a thermos or bottle if you want to keep some tea or water with you. Bring your shampoo and soap as it is not included in the room We recommend you take some comfy clothes you can move in and some warmer ones in case you tend to feel cold when you're emotional or if you want to come on the meditative hikes.
