Vegana, vegetariana, sin gluten, sin lácteos, orgánica
Llegué a Espacio Kuatro en un momento de bastante ruido mental y necesidad de parar, y ha sido la mejor decisión del año. Helena transmite una paz tremenda; guía desde un lugar muy auténtico, sin esoterismos raros, acompañándote con muchísima delicadeza. El formato del fin de semana está muy bien pensado: empezar el día con Kundalini Yoga, seguir con Chi-Kung al aire libre y terminar por la tarde con el temascal o el baño de Gong fue una auténtica medicina. Mención aparte para la comida vegetariana: platos súper cuidados, ligeros y llenos de sabor. Me llevo muchísima gratitud y la mente renovada.
Las clases de Kundalini por la mañana, los paseos por el entorno y la comida de temporada riquísima. Helena es una facilitadora increíble con una sensibilidad enorme para crear grupo. Se respira mucha paz.
Todo el grupo acabó muy satisfecho, no solo yo, así que no puedo más que recomendarlo
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 10 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 10 days or more before the retreat, the deposit will be refunded.
- You must complete the remaining payment on arrival at the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid on arrival at the retreat.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
