Adoro explotar mi creatividad con todo lo que puedo: danza, costura, pintura, manualidades, reciclaje, restauración, música, fotografía, movimiento… Había vivido siempre con una energía muy masculina, orientada a objetivos, estrictamente organizada y directiva, hasta que me topé con un estilo de vida mucho más acorde con mis intereses. Dejé mi trabajo estable como terapeuta ocupacional para dedicarme al Yoga y pasar más tiempo el contacto con la naturaleza, la danza, los viajes, los animales y la creación. Mi formación como terapeuta ocupacional nació de una necesidad de entender el proceso de demencia de una de mis abuelas, y terminó por llevarme a adorar el contacto con las personas, la relación desde la empatía e intentar ofrecer todo lo que estuviera en mis manos para potenciar una vida que tuviera sentido para cada persona. Y es que cada una de nosotras somos un precioso universo repleto de capacidades, ilusiones y oportunidades. El Yoga llegó a mí como un soplo de aire fresco, reconectándome con mi cuerpo y espacios escondidos en mi mente ayudándome a creer y a expandir mi creatividad. Pude potenciar mi energía femenina, hacer las paces conmigo misma y relacionarme con la vida desde otro punto de vista. Esto me ha hecho enamorarme del Yoga mucho más; tanto, que decidí formarme también en Hatha vinyasa y Aéreo para seguir ofreciendo lo mejor de mí. Sigo en esta continua formación de este maravilloso camino, tanto del Yoga, del Tantra, Péndulo Hebreo y Masaje Thai para tener coherencia con mis valores y mi estilo de vida y poder transmitir todo ello en cada clase, encuentro, taller y retiro. Ahora también estoy estudiando astrología.

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must complete the remaining payment on arrival at the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid on arrival at the retreat.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
