What the food will be like
Meals during the retreat are vegetarian and organic, with Asian influences. All dishes are lovingly prepared by Filipina chef Corlie, using fresh ingredients. The food is light, nourishing, and designed to support the energetic practices, digestion, and overall well-being throughout the retreat.
A wonderful place to go on a retreat. The location in the mountains of Asturias, surrounded by nature, enchanted us from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Steve, who taught us the essence of Chi Kung and meditation. We really appreciated his way of transmitting in each practice. We feel very grateful for such an enriching experience from the first to the last day. Highly recommended, we will repeat.

La amabilidad y calidez con la que nos trataron, junto con tu energía, hicieron que cada momento fuera especial. Entendimos como el Chi Kung afecta a nuestra energía vital, y el conocimiento profundo y el enfoque práctico de Steve hicieron las enseñanzas muy accesibles para todos. Muy sorprendidos con esta práctica que desconocíamos. El enclave en la montaña es justo lo que necesitábamos para desconectar y volver a conectar.
I was doing a retreat on my own and it has been a beautiful few days. A magical retreat. The schedule of activities is perfectly chosen to progress and deepen throughout the days. The food prepared by Corlie was delicious and the place is perfect to disconnect and recharge batteries. Very grateful for the experience!

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must complete the remaining payment 30 days before the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid 30 days before the retreat starts.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
