This retreat is an invitation to pause, disconnect from digital noise, and create a grounded space for presence and self-care in the north of Tenerife. Over three days, you will intentionally step away from constant notifications and external stimulation to reconnect with yourself through mindful yoga, breathwork, gentle movement, and time in nature. The retreat focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and cultivating inner safety, clarity, and balance. Practices are adapted to your level and personal rhythm, combining Elemental Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and gentle yoga, along with conscious walks in nature, moments of silence, and educational talks on self-regulation and well-being. With a very small group size, this retreat offers a private and personalized experience for one person, a couple, or a small group of friends, in a calm and natural environment.
