This retreat is an invitation to pause, disconnect from digital noise, and create a grounded space for presence and self-care in the north of Tenerife. Over three days, you will intentionally step away from constant notifications and external stimulation to reconnect with yourself through mindful yoga, breathwork, gentle movement, and time in nature. The retreat focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and cultivating inner safety, clarity, and balance. Practices are adapted to your level and personal rhythm, combining Elemental Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and gentle yoga, along with conscious walks in nature, moments of silence, and educational talks on self-regulation and well-being. With a very small group size, this retreat offers a private and personalized experience for one person, a couple, or a small group of friends, in a calm and natural environment.

Day 1 – Arrival and Grounding (Earth Element) Flexible arrival between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Optional pick-up from Tenerife North Airport, La Orotava, or an agreed meeting point. Welcome, house orientation, retreat guidelines, and time to settle in. Beginning of the intentional digital detox experience, with an introduction to the retreat space and materials. At 7:00 PM, Elemental Vinyasa Yoga practice focused on grounding and connecting with the body, breath, and present moment. At 8:30 PM, light vegetarian dinner followed by an introductory talk on understanding the nervous system and its role in well-being. Herbal tea and rest. Day 2 – Flow and Heart Opening (Water and Air Elements) At 8:30 AM, yoga practice focused on fluid and mindful movement to support adaptability and emotional release. At 10:30 AM, conscious breakfast. Free time for rest, journaling, or silence. At 12:30 PM, silent mindful walk through one of North Tenerife’s most emblematic natural areas. At 2:30 PM, guided meditation in nature. At 3:00 PM, picnic lunch. At 5:00 PM, return to the house and rest. At 6:00 PM, Elemental Vinyasa Yoga practice focused on heart opening, breath, and emotional lightness. What will the food be like?
The retreat offers vegetarian, seasonal, and locally sourced food (km 0), prepared in a simple and balanced way, using fresh ingredients, many of them from the garden. Meals are designed to support nervous system regulation and digital detox, promoting light digestion and mental clarity. Daily breakfasts, lunches (one picnic-style and one at a local restaurant), light dinners, fresh fruit, herbal teas, and infusions throughout the day are included. Meals can be adapted to food intolerances or specific dietary needs with prior notice.
Durante el retiro se ofrece una alimentación vegetariana, sencilla y equilibrada, preparada con productos locales y de temporada, muchos de ellos procedentes de la huerta. Las comidas están pensadas para acompañar el proceso de regulación del sistema nervioso y la desconexión digital, favoreciendo una digestión ligera y una mayor claridad mental. Cancellation and payment policy
- For a cancellation with less than 15 days notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 15 days or more prior to the retreat, the organiser will have the option to reschedule the retreat to offer you the experience at a later date.
- You will need to complete the remaining payment on arrival at the Retreat.
