María nació y creció en Caracas (Venezuela) y es instructora de yoga y meditación con más de 15 años de experiencia y más de 300 horas certificadas en diversas escuelas, especializada en Hatha Yoga. Su experiencia abarca también la logística y la guía de retiros internacionales de yoga, un área en la que se especializa para garantizar una experiencia impecable a quienes se unen a sus encuentros y clases regulares. Su metodología refleja un enfoque tradicional, con clases inclusivas, desafiantes e inspiradoras. María acompaña con amor a sus alumnos para cultivar una conexión directa consigo mismos en el aquí y el ahora, invitándolos a integrar el yoga en su vida diaria como una herramienta de transformación paulatina, amable y profunda.

Local Mediterranean-inspired cuisine: light breakfast with coffee, tea and seasonal fruit, brunch, afternoon tea and dinners, with hot and cold soft drinks.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must complete the remaining payment 10 days before the retreat.
