Three days to let go of the city's pace and return to yourself through the traditional yogic path, inspired by the Sivananda lineage of Kerala, India.

The retreat brings together the four classical paths of yoga: Hatha (asanas and pranayama, to inhabit the body), Bhakti (mantra chanting, to open the heart), Raja (silent meditation, to still the mind) and Karma (one hour a day of volunteer service to the centre, as a practice of presence and giving).

It is a retreat designed for those who prefer an active meditative practice over long seated meditation sessions. Suitable both for beginners and for those already well along the path.

Life at the centre is simple, eco-friendly and close to nature. You'll wake to birdsong, breathe mountain air, and share the experience with a small group that looks after the atmosphere of the space.

The basic yet powerful ingredient of this retreat is its location in a natural energetic spot on top of a hill between Mountains and Sea. Our diverse multidisciplinary team will thus help you regain control over your body, pushing through your mental limitations and starting the journey of physical transformation towards an awesome, fit and energetic body.

We usually start the day with Yoga & Meditation, then spend time hiking in nature, going to the beach (even in winter!), exploring some group consciousness activities connecting with the inner child, playing with art (dancing, drawing...), etc., all that while fasting the day time.

You are welcome to join us on Thursdays afternoon/evening (a night included before the retreat to start yoga/meditation early), or check in early on Friday of the retreat.

Tarragona, a UNESCO World Heritage city, is only 22 minutes away, while the vibrant city of Barcelona is approximately one hour by car.

Book your flights to Josep Tarradellas Barcelona Airport (BCN).

The easiest way to reach the center is by taking a train from Barcelona downtown (Passeig Gràcia) or Tarragona to Hospitalet del Infant. A pick-up by car is then organized.

1. Train + Taxi/Walk (Best Balance of Cost & Convenience)

From BCN Airport to Barcelona-Sants Station:

Take the R2 Nord suburban train from Terminal 2 (T2) to Barcelona-Sants (20 minutes, €5 approx.).

Alternatively, take the Aerobús or a taxi to Sants (15–25 minutes).

From Barcelona-Sants to Hospitalet del Infant:

Take a regional train (R16) or an Intercity train towards Valencia, stopping at Hospitalet del Infant.

Travel time: 1.5 to 2 hours.

Cost: €12–20 approx.

At Hospitalet del Infant Station:
We will pick you up by car (included).

2. Direct Bus (More Affordable)

Take the BusPlana from BCN Airport to Hospitalet del Infant.

Travel time: 2 to 2.5 hours.

Cost: ~€20.

BusPlana operates services between the airport and coastal towns; check their schedule for departure times.

What the food will be like

To foster mindfulness and higher vibrational alignment, we will fast during the day (exceptions made for medical or personal needs). This practice supports detoxification and deepens inner focus, allowing for a more profound connection with yourself and the retreat’s purpose.

At 6 or 7 PM, we will break our fast together with a nourishing vegetarian dinner, lovingly prepared to replenish and delight the body and soul.
