It is designed to reset your inner compass through silence, stillness, and meditation. This retreat is silent and blindfolded, meaning you will deactivate your visual cortex for 3 full days in order to connect deeper and deeper with your self/soul, release traumas, and gain inner peace and presence. It is recommended to have some prior experience with meditation and silence before booking this retreat (otherwise, it is recommended to start with their 4-day holistic retreat). The center’s minimalist design enhances its tranquil atmosphere, encouraging a departure from the distractions of modern life, or as they call it, “the Matrix.” This space fosters a profound disconnection from the noise of the external world. The energy here is meditative, pure, and transformative, supporting not only individual introspection but also a sense of unity with the untouched soul of nature and the supportive community around you. What awaits you: Gentle sunrise yoga Morning conscious breathing / Pranayama Daily fasting (1 meal per day) And most importantly, 3 days blindfolded in Vipassana (Mindfulness) mode, to go deep within, heal, and reconnect with your true nature. The basic yet powerful ingredient of this retreat is absolute silence, immersed in a meditative darkness experience for 3 days. You will also fast every day (1 meal per day at 6:00 PM) and explore the power of Vipassana meditation both in nature and within yourself. A free pick-up service is offered from the nearest town, Hospitalet de l’Infant. It is recommended to arrive at the WakeTheFUp Center on Thursday afternoon or evening. That night is included in the price, allowing yoga and meditation to begin the following morning. If this is not possible, check-in is also available on Friday morning before noon.

What will the food be like?
To foster mindfulness and higher vibrational alignment, we will fast during the day (exceptions may be made for medical or personal reasons). This practice supports detoxification and deepens inner focus, allowing for a more profound connection with yourself and the retreat’s purpose. At 6:00–7:00 PM, we will break the fast together with a nourishing vegetarian or vegan dinner, lovingly prepared to replenish and delight body and soul.

Esta práctica favorece la desintoxicación y profundiza el enfoque interior, permitiendo una conexión más profunda contigo mismo y con el propósito del retiro.
