Abby is our Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She completed her Yoga training in the spiritual capital of Thailand, Koh Phangan. There, she trained in Vinyasa, and Hatha, as well as yogic philosophy, breathwork, and meditation techniques, which she incorporates into all of her classes. Expect to explore new movements, creative flows, and a banging playlist to keep you going as you’re holding the harder postures!

Jack, the driving force behind The Foodie Retreats, embodies a fusion of fitness, nutrition, and wanderlust. With 5+ years as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, his expertise transcends conventional fitness. Renowned for his affable nature, he prioritizes each guest's welfare. Jack's proficiency in strength and conditioning, optimal nutrition coaching, and sports massage therapy guarantees a comprehensive retreat. As your host and head coach, he delivers a bespoke experience, leaving no stone unturned to ensure every guest feels looked after during their retreat!

Breakfast: consists of a continental variety including cheese, eggs, fruit and more.
Dinner: home-cooked meals.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a cancellation 15 days or more before the retreat, the organizer will have the option to reschedule the retreat to offer you the experience in the future.
- For a booking cancellation less than 15 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- You must complete the remaining payment 30 days before the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid 30 days before the retreat starts.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
No, this retreat does not allow pets.
