What the food will be like
Para fomentar la atención plena y una alineación energética más elevada, ayunaremos durante el día (salvo excepciones por motivos médicos o personales). Esta práctica favorece la desintoxicación y profundiza el enfoque interior, permitiendo una conexión más profunda contigo mismo y con el propósito del retiro.
Al final del día romperemos el ayuno juntos con una cena vegetariana o vegana nutritiva, preparada con cariño para nutrir cuerpo y alma.
A perfect mountain setting, peaceful and with great food — which really mattered to us. Sunrise yoga and meditation made it all even better.
Three enriching days of learning and enjoyment. I’ll return as soon as I can, hopefully with improved yoga skills :) I would absolutely recommend it.
Breathtaking sea views from the mountains, professional instructors, and a peaceful setting. The sunrise meditation sessions were amazing. I came with high expectations, and they were definitely met. The whole experience was so recharging.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 10 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 10 days or more before the retreat, the deposit will be refunded.
- You must complete the remaining payment on arrival at the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid on arrival at the retreat.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
