Claudia grew up in Austria with an international background and moved to Paris after graduating where she lived and worked in finance, real estate and tourism for many years. She trained as a yoga teacher, deepened her plant based cooking skills, quit her job and moved with her daughter to the South of Spain to open her own private paradise : Samadhi Lodge. Integrative Health and Nutrition coach. NLP, neuropsychology, detox techniques, gut health, childhood trauma healing and codependency counselling.

What the food will be like
Because a healthy and happy mind and body starts on the plate, nutritious, natural and tasty food is a priority for us.
Breakfast and dinner are served at the retreat. Their meals are sometimes vegetarian, but mostly plant-based, gluten and sugar free, with special attention to gut health. Due to the small group size, they can also cater to other dietary needs. Must specify when booking.

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 10 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 10 days or more before the retreat, the deposit will be refunded.
- You must complete the remaining payment 30 days before the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid 30 days before the retreat starts.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
No, this retreat does not allow pets.
