Barbara is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) specializing in Hatha Yoga, SUP Yoga, and Mindfulness, offering guidance for all levels with over 10 years of experience. Her journey into yoga began when she met her first teacher, Nestor—a doctor, massage therapist, and meditation instructor who had moved to Italy. Attending one of his classes, she was captivated by his approach, which emphasized yoga philosophy and its integration into daily life. At that time, yoga was traditionally taught with a greater focus on theory than practice, shaping Barbara’s deep understanding of its essence.
Diego
Teacher Diego has been surfing around the world for more than 30 years. Since 2013 he found his home in Lanzarote, an ideal place to surf all year round. His professional training has been linked to working as an ISA lifeguard and surf instructor, being the perfect combination to teach with maximum safety. Diego dedicates his days to teaching surfing and enjoying the waves of the island. He also practices SUP, skateboarding and yoga.

What the food will be like
The meals and drinks are not included in the retreat price. But there will be coffee, tea, sugar, and more things at your disposal, to share during the morning.

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 10 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 10 days or more before the retreat, the deposit will be refunded.
- You must complete the remaining payment on arrival at the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid on arrival at the retreat.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
