What the food will be like
You will eat outside in restaurants, bars or caf?s. There are all sorts of restaurants, but mainly Mediterranean.
It was a truly challenging and rewarding retreat. The mix of sport and coaching made it really unique and enriching. It really helped me to find the focus I needed both personally and professionally. Highly recommended!

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must make the payment when booking.
Full payment is made at the time of booking.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
