This is an individual retreat for one or a maximum of two people. It is a 5-day, 4-night retreat and includes the following:

Sessions

2 to 3 hours of Trance Personal Coaching, an inspiring conversation with Efendi to expand your mind, heart, and perception.
1 to 2 hours of Trance to connect deeply with yourself and support overall wellbeing.
1 to 2 hours of Inner Child Work in Trance.
1 to 2 hours of Soul Diving in Trance.
Two Wellness sessions of approximately one hour each. Depending on availability, you will enjoy two of the following options: Reiki and Reflexology, Sound Bath and Chakra Alignment, a massage, or a guided hike in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. If none of our practitioners are available, we may offer a visit to a local healer instead.

Please note that the three Trance sessions and the two Wellness sessions may be facilitated by any of our facilitators, depending on language and availability.

Our guesthouse offers a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast and dinner. There are two small supermarkets in the village and two bars/restaurants nearby.

Details about the retreat and the sessions

Everything is in motion. Everything has its own vibration, its own frequency. Judging, arguing, and disagreeing keep us “swimming against the current.” To pause the inner and outer dialogue, to rest from our constant stream of thoughts, and to connect with parts of ourselves that are usually inaccessible, there are many paths: austerity, deep silence, devotional work, contemplation, prayer, art, or exposure to oceans, deserts, or high mountains.

We work with Trance Personal Coaching to help you access different dimensions of awareness. Your mind settles, and you release identification with mental noise in order to reconnect with your true self. From this contact, new feelings, sensations, and perspectives arise, and gradually you begin to perceive life in a different way. The world itself does not change, but the way you experience and live within it does.

To flow with creation and align with what the universe offers you, you need to tune into a different frequency. You must come to know yourself and be in agreement with yourself in order to accept and enjoy all that life presents. The entire universe is here to support you, but first you need to know what you truly like, what draws your attention, and what excites you.

This is not an Ayahuasca or DMT retreat, although it may produce similar effects. Ayahuasca contains dimethyltryptamine (DMT), which allows visions to occur. DMT is also present in the human brain and is released in certain life situations, such as birth, near-death experiences, and deep trance states. Since our bodies already know how to open the doors to the subconscious, we simply need to learn how to access our own “DMT factory.”

Through the Trance state, we open the doors of the subconscious without ingesting Ayahuasca. In a deep Trance state, you may embark on a guided shamanic journey to other realms with clarity and precision, cleansing and purifying your being without the need for diets, purging, or physical discomfort. If at any point the participant feels uncomfortable, the session can be redirected or gently brought to an end.

Trance Personal Coaching enables individuals to access their own inner wisdom and spiritual connection in order to receive guidance and insight into specific questions or life challenges. This is achieved by relaxing the conscious, analytical mind and expanding into a non-ordinary altered state of consciousness where guidance and messages from Source can be received. The experience is deeply relaxing, nurturing, and truthful.

This approach honors both the human experience and a broader framework that may include one’s view of the Divine, religious practices, mystical experiences, altered states of consciousness, or any other meaningful aspects of personal experience.

From this wider perspective, difficulties are not seen as problems to be fixed, but as indications that a greater inner potential is unfolding. The coach supports individuals in understanding what these challenges are teaching them and in accessing this greater potential. In doing so, the person becomes empowered to achieve their goals and consciously create their life.

Soul Diving

Soul Diving helps you gain a deeper understanding of who you are, where you come from, where you are going, and the purpose of your life, in relation to Universal Energy and your own inner energy.

After being guided into a deep meditative trance state, you will connect with your subconscious and receive specific suggestions for your general wellbeing, effectively rewriting your life script. The session may last between one and three hours. You will explore memories stored within your cells, your soul, or the Universe. These memories may appear as experiences from supposed past lives or as more general collective memories. Some refer to these as Akashic Records.

The term Akashic Records comes from the ancient Sanskrit word “Akasha,” meaning space. These records are like a hidden cosmic library that can be accessed by diving into the subconscious in a deep meditative trance. They form your soul’s “Book of Knowledge,” a repository of information about your soul’s mission and purpose in this lifetime.

Information received during a properly guided journey can reveal your life purpose, soul lessons, past life experiences, and deeper meaning, helping you live a purposeful, fulfilling, and meaningful life. You are encouraged to remain open and accept whatever is revealed without judgment.

During this journey, you may reach a point where you are asked whether you wish to experience the transition from this life into the light, moving from a supposed former life into another state of being. If you agree, you will be guided to the final day and moment of that life and invited to describe what you experience or feel. You may also enter a state known as “Life Between Lives,” where you could encounter soul companions, spiritual guides, or ancient wise beings who may answer profound questions about life.

Inner Child Work

This session is similar to the Soul Diving session and lasts up to two hours. You will be guided to meet the aspect of your soul from childhood, restoring contact with this often long-abandoned part of yourself. You will then follow a symbolic path of love and light to meet your spiritual child.

Along this path, passing through different gateways, you may release worries, fears, and misconceptions about life. This is a deeply supportive process for feeling more at ease with yourself and opening fully to life. Once in contact with your spiritual child, you may ask questions related to your life path and personal journey.

This retreat is not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions or for those currently undergoing psychopharmacological treatment.
