Workshops and activities we will explore

Compassionate communication — Learning and practicing the art of speaking and listening to each other with empathy, understanding, and respect. We create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels free to express themselves and be mindful of each other's feelings and needs. Instead of reacting with judgment or blame, partners seek to understand each other's perspectives, express their own feelings honestly, and work together to find mutually satisfying solutions. Compassionate communication brings deeper connection, trust, and emotional intimacy by prioritizing kindness, patience, and a shared commitment to the well-being of both individuals in the relationship.

Pool time — You will be guided through a very beautiful experience in the water (in our amazing pool), where you will learn to hold each other and support and care for each other in the nurturing element of the water. Holding each other in the water creates a safe space of trust and vulnerability, allowing both of you to relax, attune to each other, and enhance your bond. This shared experience of support and surrender deepens emotional intimacy, helping you to feel more connected, understood, and in sync with one another, enriching your relationship with a profound sense of closeness and love.

Heart-opening rituals — We will practice two beautiful and heart-opening rituals together. These practices allow us to unlock the power of love in our hearts and shower it on ourselves and our partners. They open you to the infinite number of ways we can connect to our hearts, and you will come away with a better understanding of and ability to create these magical experiences on your own.

Meditation techniques for forgiveness and opening the heart — We will guide and support you through these techniques, whether you have a consistent meditation practice, have never meditated, or are somewhere in between. Meditating with your partner for as little as 10 minutes can bring more awareness to your thoughts and emotions, which leads to improved communication. It helps couples feel more connected, regulate their emotions, and improve self-compassion. Any stress and anxiety can melt away and you will feel more relaxed afterwards.

Exploring childhood wounds — Identifying your main childhood wound, how this can come up in your relationship, and how together you can help each other with this.

The art of touch — Exploring new ways to connect through touch.
Authentic relating practices

Reconnecting with your beginning — We'll guide you on a heartfelt journey back to the moment you first met, reconnecting with the excitement, joy, and tenderness of those early days. From there, we'll reflect on how your love has grown and deepened, honoring the shared experiences that have shaped your unique journey together.
All activities are optional, and you can participate in as many or as few as you wish.
