From suffering to inner peace
To live more connected with joy, peace, love, and authenticity, individuals need to open their heart chakra. But first, they need to cleanse and align all seven chakras, liberating their energetic body from blockages and emotions. An inner journey of five days has been prepared for participants to set them free and help them start a new chapter with more lightness and confidence. How can one open their heart chakra? In this journey to reconnect with the inner child, the focus is on cleansing and balancing all seven chakras because sometimes the blockages in other chakras hinder the opening of the heart chakra. Participants will be taken on a journey through the seven chakras, using different tools such as meditation, astrology, channeling, family constellations, cacao ceremonies, and heart-opening exercises. What are the effects of opening the heart chakra? The fourth chakra allows individuals to connect with gratitude, beauty, joy, freedom, light, peace, and confidence. Throughout the retreat, different dynamics will be used to help participants connect with these qualities. Additionally, indications will be given to develop these attributes after the retreat. Participants will be guided by two therapists, Azuki & Alex, who are dedicated to helping people liberate from the ego and pent-up emotions. Opening the heart chakra is one of the most beautiful and transformative experiences that help individuals connect with their inner child to find joy and gratitude. This retreat will allow participants to embrace their true selves and be ready for a new chapter. For this unique journey, participants have the guidance of two experienced therapists who will provide a combination of theory and practice so they can delve deeper and liberate themselves from the blockages, emotions, and attachments that hinder their heart from blossoming. Another special aspect of this retreat is the location, as Tenerife is connected with the heart chakra, making it the perfect island to help participants connect with self-love and heal their inner child. Additionally, there will be a sacred space exclusively for participants, spanning over 25,000 m2, surrounded by nature and art.

Alex initially sought happiness in professional success and travel, but at the age of 28 he discovered that this did not fulfil him. He quit his job and immersed himself in self-knowledge, guided by Antonio Jorge Larruy. After more than seven years of practice, he found in meditation and authentic action a life with more energy, peace and clarity. In 2016, inspired by a trip to Guatemala, he launched ‘Momentos de Vida’, a project that combines trekking and meditation, and now offers multi-day trips to explore and develop inner potential.
