Your Personalized Pilates Escape Awaits

The Pilates break combines the exercises with a peaceful vacation in a gorgeous four-star hotel with a pool, a balcony in the hotel room, and breathtaking views of Mount Teide, the Atlantic Ocean, or similar views that will make you feel at peace. You will be hosted by us in Puerto de la Cruz, in the northern parts of Tenerife, where everything is close, such as the the beaches, the center of the town, coffee houses, restaurants, old architecture and many other attractive places to see and experience.

Your program design depends on your level of needs; if you need Pilates with machine equipment or you prefer Pilates in free air. We will adapt the program to your needs and preferences, according to experience. All levels, from beginners to advanced, are more than welcome.

You will receive daily sessions of Pilates in the mornings, alternatively Yoga, and high quality massages of variety in the evenings.

The trainers in this program are highly experienced, and will make sure you get the most out of your experence and needs.
