The Silence Experience In silence, your soul speaks… Create your own inner journey, in profound peace and silence (not vipassana, not a religious ashram, no gurus, no dogmas). Enjoy the space and time created between you and your soul for deep conversations and insights. This silence retreat is more than a yoga and meditation retreat. It is a special way to practice the ‘Art of Nothing’ and simply ‘Rest, Sleep, Eat and Repeat’ – In Silence, by the tranquility of nature. You are daily invited to join meditation & yoga asanas (basic Hatha postures), walk freely in the garden, take personal notes and participate in group talks that will inspire you for your life. We spend too much time looking outside ourselves. The outside world it is only a reflection of our inner world. And just by turning our attention inwards, we gain the capacity to change what occurs in the outside world. At the beginning, this inner turning is only possible through the practice and cultivation of meditation and silence. And moreover through mindfulness meditation: the equanimous and constant observation of the present moment, just exactly as it is. In this Silent retreat created the perfect atmosphere for you to relax, to disconnect from the outside world and to re-connect with your inner world, that one where all answers are to be unfolded.

Alejandra was born in Argentina. She has always considered herself a person passionate about manual work, about the magic of creating with her hands, about the value of craftsmanship. In the kitchen she found an ideal space where she could express herself and transmit the freedom and affection that unite her with food. Since she was a child, cooking has been part of her life and she has acquired specific training in everything related to gluten-free and plant-based cooking. Cooking is part of a range of passions that allow her to live learning new things every day, where she can find herself and offer the maximum expression of love from simplicity.

Flora is dedicated to weaving a healthier, happier and more sustainable lifestyle. She is truly captivated by the natural world, wellness and spiritual growth, and how they connect beautifully. This fascination fuels her adventures and inner journeys. Yoga and meditation are her companions on this path. The villa is set in the middle of stunning grounds in a plot of 7,500m2, ensuring it's not overlooked by anyone and remains a secluded paradise in between two continents, with stunning views over Morocco and the Ocean. Since August 2018, the villa underwent extensive refurbishment over the subsequent months with unwavering dedication, pouring attention into every detail to restore this impressive property to its former glory. Having been constructed in the early 1980s and later significantly extended, the house stands as one of the oldest in the area. Yet, its age does not deter from its grandeur; rather, it adds to its timeless charm. The villa commands one of the most impressive views in Tarifa, if not the entirety of Andalusia. From its vantage point, it almost feels as if you could reach out and touch Africa. The villa's allure is accentuated by its expansive gardens, each offering an exceptional view on the Gibraltar strait and the Rif mountains of Africa. - For a cancellation with less than 15 days notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 15 days or more prior to the retreat, the organiser will have the option to reschedule the retreat to offer you the experience at a later date.
