The retreat program offers a luscious blend of activities for your body, mind, and soul. Each retreat is uniquely tailored to the group, so it's a little different every time. You're welcome to take part in as many or as few activities as you feel inspired to. You're invited to really tap into your own feminine flow, feeling when it's your time to join the group or to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful space.

Daily movement sessions such as yoga and healing expression through movement
Special rituals focusing on self-love, forgiveness, and connecting with the sacred feminine
Aguahara — an ancient aquatic bodywork that combines elements of massage, movement, and breathwork, to help us connect with our inner selves, in our lovely pool
Art therapy sessions — experimenting through art
Practices to learn and strengthen the love and compassion we have for ourselves
Exploration of the female archetypes and how they can help you embrace all parts of yourself, for freedom within
Guided meditations, reflections, and mindfulness activities
Private Aguahara session — time to totally relax and enjoy your own private session in the pool
Sharing heart circles — to listen and to be heard in a safe and loving container
Group experiences in the water, exploring the flow of the body in liquid form, with meditation, trust, and mindfulness practices

We are staying in a beautifully renovated finca that is all for us, located on top of a mountain in the very quiet and peaceful Benimussa valley. The space, tranquility, stunning views over the valley and breathtaking sunrises will instantly seduce you into a space of relaxation and inspiration. The space has several hang out terraces, lots of privacy, a swimming pool, a large floating sundeck and a stunning yoga shala.

The perfect space to completely relax, enjoy the luscious surroundings, the beautiful views, the sounds of nature and the intimate space for our sharing and activities.

Wake up to nothing but the sound of the birds, and fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean lulling you to sleep.

You can take a taxi from the airport or from another part of the island, or we can arrange a private transfer for you. The travel time is around 30-40 minutes.

You may like to stay some extra days before or after the retreat to enjoy the beaches and magic of the island :)

Cancellation and payment policy

For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
You must complete the remaining payment 30 days before the retreat.

To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid 30 days before the retreat starts.

What payment methods do you accept?

The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.

Are pets allowed?

No, this retreat does not allow pets.

Can I go alone? Is it common?

Of course! Most people who attend retreats do so alone. It is a perfect opportunity to connect with yourself and meet people with similar interests.
