For over fifteen years, Aimee has specialized in holistic beauty therapies, treatments, and energy healing. She is the owner of Belle Ame and is dedicated to continually strengthening her spiritual growth and self-healing, enabling her to serve and help others, which is her passion. Based in the ancient and enchanted Forest of Dean, known for its creative and spiritual energies, Aimee is a mother of two girls and partner to Daniel. This close-knit family enjoys being in nature, spending time with family, friends, and animals. Aimee's training and qualifications are uniquely enhanced by her gentle and enthusiastic nature. She focuses on honoring the "true essence" of being and working in love and light.
Hayley
She and her husband, Tom, established Forest Retreats in 2015. Their eco-retreat center is located at Hill Farm, Tintern, in the Wye Valley. What she enjoys most about running retreats is seeing the transformation in their guests, from arriving feeling overwhelmed to leaving feeling relaxed and reconnected with their true selves. Her passion for yoga intensified after experiencing severe anxiety following the birth of her second daughter. Yoga helps her move from her busy mind into her body, allowing her to feel more relaxed and in control of her emotions. She is thrilled to be offering her first overseas retreat in a location that holds a special place in her heart.
