ARRIVAL DAY 1
Check into your rooms any time after 2pm.
Relax & Enjoy the resort grounds and the river with its hiking trails.
Welcome dinner and set up of your retreat at 7pm with facilitators Ian & Rose.

DAY 2 - DAY 5
These days will be set up with a program to support you in reaching your relationships goals. Part of the schedule is a 3 hour teaching and coaching session. There is also the opportunity to start your day together with a personally coached yoga & stretch meditation session. Massages, meditation and yoga session are offered upon request.

DEPARTURE DAY 6
Have a delicious breakfast and completion coaching session with Ian and Rose.
Check out is at 12 noon.
Drive to the airport for your return home

The highly individual and personal support helped me to let go of my doubts about my life. I found a lot of strength in my heart and soul to continue my journey. They are very lucky to have such a place, the garden, and we are very lucky to be able to enjoy it.

For a booking cancellation less than 30 days prior to the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days prior to the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
For a cancellation of a retreat 50 or more days prior to the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
You will need to complete the remaining payment 30 days prior to the retreat.

It has been an excellent experience. The place is spectacular, the common facilities and the rooms are completely renovated. The programme of activities was enriching and the booking with Aloha Book Retreats very convenient and easy.

I loved the location, very quiet, in the middle of nature. As for the food, even though I am not vegan, I was a bit afraid of being hungry or not enjoying it, but to my surprise, it was perfect. The hosts know how to take care of others.

The truth is that, despite having previous experience in meditation, I had never practiced yoga before. I was delighted! I was also lucky enough to meet some wonderful people. The customer service at Aloha Book Retreats was friendly and effective!
