Craving deep rest and a fresh perspective by the sea?

Yoga and gentle beach walks are the perfect combination to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect.

This retreat includes one daily yoga session ? more dynamic in the morning (Vinyasa or Ashtanga), and soothing in the evening with Yin Yoga three times a week. Whenever the weather allows, classes are held outdoors with stunning sea views.

All levels are welcome. Whether you're just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, sessions are personalized to suit your pace and intentions.

In your free time, swim in the crystal-clear Mediterranean or unwind under the sun on the beach. The nearby village offers a variety of cozy caf?s and restaurants to explore at your own rhythm. Once a week, you?ll have the chance to join a guided trip to the beautiful city of Granada (optional, not included).

On arrival day, we offer an optional pickup from M?laga Airport to make your journey as smooth as possible. Check-in begins at 2 PM, giving you time to settle in and unwind. On departure day, check-out is by 11 AM.

Here's a sample day schedule:
8 h - Tea or infusion
8.30 h - One hour morning Yoga (Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga) at the beach
9.30 h - Breakfast
10.30 h - Morning walks on the beach or enjoying the sunshine
13.30 h - Lunch followed by siesta/relaxation time
18.30 h - Restorative Yoga (Yin Yoga) three times a week or guided excursion to Granada or Nerja and Frigiliana
20.30 h - Dinner

Our retreat takes place in a serene coastal house in Castel de Ferro, a quiet village on Andalusia?s Costa Tropical, just an hour from Granada.

Right outside your door, a long stretch of beach invites you to unwind to the soothing rhythm of the waves: the perfect setting for rest, reflection, or a seaside yoga session.

Just a short 5-minute walk brings you to the heart of the village, where you can savor authentic Spanish tapas and soak in the warmth and charm of local life.

*We also offer an optional excursion to Granada: a city rich in history, beauty, and culture (only 50 minutes away by car).

You can fly choosing:
- From M?laga Airport (AGP) (1 hour away), we offer an optional private transfer service for ?160 (round trip).
- From Granada Airport (GRX) (50 minutes away), the transfer is ?120 (round trip).

If you?d like to use this service, please let us know when you book. We cannot guarantee availability if requested later.

Prefer public transport?
From M?laga Airport, just 50 meters outside the arrivals gate, you?ll find a bus stop heading to M?laga Central Bus Station (every 30 min, ?5).
Once there, purchase a ticket (?10) to Motril at gate 21. The journey takes about 2.5 hours, and we?ll gladly pick you up in Motril upon arrival.

Additional information

For everyone?s comfort, rooms are shared by the same gender only. In some cases, male guests may be accommodated in a nearby hotel, in a private single room at no extra cost. You?ll still be fully part of the retreat, joining the group for all meals, yoga sessions, and activities (just a short walk away).

Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy three nourishing meals a day ? all thoughtfully prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We focus on locally sourced produce and Mediterranean flavors, bringing you delicious and wholesome dishes made with love.

Water, herbal teas, coffee, and infusions are always available, so you can stay refreshed and relaxed at any time.

For those curious to explore something new, we also include the option to try fresh juices. You can even replace a meal with a juice if you feel like lightening up.

Vegan and vegetarian choices are always on the menu, and we?re happy to accommodate your needs with care.

Cancellation and payment policy

For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
You must complete the remaining payment on arrival at the retreat.

To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid on arrival at the retreat.

What payment methods do you accept?

The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.

Are pets allowed?

No, this retreat does not allow pets.

Can I go alone? Is it common?

Of course! Most people who attend retreats do so alone. It is a perfect opportunity to connect with yourself and meet people with similar interests.
