A los 18 años, gracias a la práctica de yoga asanas y servicio desinteresado empiezo el camino de auto conocimiento. A los pocos años tengo la suerte de conocer a Amma, maestra espiritual y líder humanitaria, reconocida a nivel mundial. Vivo 9 años en su ashram en India , iniciando el regreso al "verdadero hogar interior" de paz y contento, guiada por Amma, las enseñanzas del sanatana dharma que comprenden la ciencia milenaria del Yoga y la comunitat espiritual. En los últimos 9 años ha acompañado más de 30 retiros y peregrinaciones en España y Portugal.

Siguiendo los criterios de alimentación ecológica, local, de temporada y vegetariana. Cocinaremos en la casa menús sencillos, saludables y sabrosos. Comeremos alimentos que favorezcan la detoxificación de nuestro organismo y faciliten una nutrición profunda y reparadora.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must complete the remaining payment on arrival at the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid on arrival at the retreat.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
