The retreat is designed to nourish the body, mind, and soul. Valuing a safe space and personalized experience, the retreat concentrates on small groups ? up to 10 participants ? to ensure that everyone receives individual care.

Through daily yoga classes, breathwork sessions, and meditation you will delve deep into your feminine essence, connecting to your emotions, awakening your creative energy, and experiencing a profound sense of inner peace.

Alessia is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Coach whose passion for yoga began after a solo journey. Seeking to understand her body and its capabilities, she pursued a 200-hour course in India. Upon returning to Europe, she focused on inner exploration and completed a 300-hour teacher training and coaching program. Through WHOLENESS, Alessia shares insights on self-discovery and holistic well-being, emphasizing that wellness starts from within.

Patricia is an artistic photographer from Ibiza who ensures that the ÍNSULA retreat provides a fulfilling experience. She captures the essence of her passions, including human connection, nourishing food, adventurous hikes, silence, and dance, with the sun and sea as central elements. Fascinated by wild nature and raw beauty, Patricia finds joy in simple things. Living between Ibiza and Berlin, she has developed her artistic work through global travels. As an islander, she seeks new experiences and enjoys exploring beyond her comfort zone. The retreat allows her to share her discoveries and learnings with others.

Participants will be welcomed in a sweet and cozy villa on the west part of the island. Located on a quiet hill and surrounded by a typical Pitiuso landscape, their senses will be delighted by the shiny blue of the sea and the vivid green of the mountains.

For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
