The boot camp retreat?s fresh & organic Mediterranean inspired menu is a key element of our results oriented fitness program & is always top of the list of what guests love the most.
The menus are filled with delicious healthy clean cuisine, gut healthy, nutrient dense, unprocessed, sugar free all meals are prepared freshly each day with local organic produce by your dedicated retreat Chef & his team. They strongly believe in food as medicine & so all of menus are prepared with care & attention to nutritional content, healing ability, alkalinity & of course are a treat for both the eye & the taste buds. The menu is made to fuel the body for each days activities, promote healthy weight loss & most importantly to help to build a strong healthy mind & body.
The retreat menu is free from; soy, alcohol, coffee, gluten, dairy, red meat, unnatural sugars, wheat, artificial sweeteners & preservatives.
They are happy to cater for those guests with special dietary needs, food allergies & intolerances.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must complete the remaining payment 30 days before the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid 30 days before the retreat starts.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
No, this retreat does not allow pets.
