Anna is a Women Empowerment Coach, therapist, and facilitator of workshops and retreats. She helps women reclaim their inner power, embrace their femininity, and cultivate self-love while setting and expressing boundaries. Anna emphasizes balance in body, mind, and spirit, using a variety of methods in her sessions, including embodiment dance, breathing techniques, meditation, and sound healing. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is trained in Family Constellations, classic and Ayurvedic massages, Pranic Healing, and Access Consciousness body processes.

Kira (Cris)
Kira Cris Egger is an Ayurveda therapist and teacher, founder of AYUS AYURVEDA. She trained in Krya Yoga and Ayurveda in India, specializing in Panchakarma and Ayurvedic nutrition. Kira has taught Ayurveda in Brazil, Italy, Germany, and online, reaching over 1,500 students. She specializes in Ayurvedic treatments for alcohol detox, mental health, and anxiety, currently based in the Canary Islands.

What the food will be like
Ayurvedic "cousine" - delicious dishes based on the Ayurvedic diet, which is, in general, a whole-foods diet, rich in lots of fresh and organic local produce, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices and, if tolerated, dairy foods such as milk, yoghurt and soft cheeses, and personalised according to the individual biotype. We will prioritise vegetarian food for this week.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 10 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 10 days or more before the retreat, the deposit will be refunded.
- You must complete the remaining payment on arrival at the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid on arrival at the retreat.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
