Las Terrazas de Abama Suites is a luxury villa complex in a rural zone of the south west of Tenerife, where you will share an amazing and modern villa with maximum 3 other participants plus our two lovely facilitators, Kira and Anna. The villa is a luxurious sanctuary of peace and tranquility surrounded by typical Canary Island vegetation, thousands of palm trees and the green mantle of a 18-hole golf course. More than 160 hectares of land are embraced by the beauty of the Tenerife scenery and the immensity of the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera, which leaves no one indifferent. Throughout the retreat and during your free time, you will have time to peacefully enjoy the amazing Ocean views from the villa itself, in the swimming pools, or in the relaxing nature surroundings. The bright and modern villa consists of 3 twin bedrooms, including two beds in each room, and two bathrooms. You will share a room with another participant for your maximum comfort. In the living room and kitchen, you will come together, and share a retreat experience you will never forget.

Ayurvedic "cousine" - delicious dishes based on the Ayurvedic diet, which is, in general, a whole-foods diet, rich in lots of fresh and organic local produce, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices and, if tolerated, dairy foods such as milk, yoghurt and soft cheeses, and personalised according to the individual biotype. We will prioritise vegetarian food for this week.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a cancellation less than 10 days prior to the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 10 days or more prior to the retreat, the deposit will be refunded.
- You will need to complete the remaining payment on arrival at the Retreat.
