Their wish was to create a little paradise on earth where body, mind and soul can live in harmony with nature. After years of travelling across five continents, they finally found the perfect place to realise this vision on the beautiful island of La Palma. So a wild and romantic valley in the mountains of the sunny west of La Palma became their home. For seven long years, they tore down the old dilapidated buildings and rebuilt their oasis "VIDYAMOR" with great attention to detail. After that phase of intensive work, they had the opportunity to realise themselves again as state-certified yoga teachers and naturopaths with numerous further and advanced training courses. They have a holistic treatment concept.

This intensive detox retreat is designed as a highly personalized and flexible experience, tailored to your individual needs and goals. There is no fixed daily schedule, allowing your body and mind to fully follow their natural detox and regeneration process. After arrival, you will have a personal intake session to define your detox focus, treatments, and therapies for the week. Each day typically includes a combination of selected detox treatments, therapeutic sessions, rest, gentle movement such as yoga, and time for reflection and relaxation in nature. Your days may include detox therapies such as massages, lymphatic drainage, bioresonance, colonic irrigation, infrared sauna sessions, or cleansing programs for liver, kidneys, or heavy metals, depending on your chosen focus. Yoga, meditation, and relaxation practices support the detox process and help restore balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Nutritious vegan detox meals, juices, and fasting support your body throughout the retreat, while the peaceful and private atmosphere of the VIDYAMOR oasis allows deep rest, renewal, and inner clarity. What will the food be like?
A vegan “detox fasting menu” with three different fruit and vegetable juices per day and a detox menu, including vegetable juices and detox and fasting tea, plus one fruit and one vegetable meal. On the evening of your arrival, they will prepare a delicious mixed salad with avocado, sprouted bread, olives, and herbs. On the day of departure, you will receive a small travel snack consisting of dried fruit, nuts, and fresh fruit.

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a cancellation with less than 15 days notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 15 days or more prior to the retreat, the organiser will have the option to reschedule the retreat to offer you the experience at a later date.
- You will need to complete the remaining payment 30 days prior to the retreat.
