Mindfulness & Chi-Kung Teacher. Alain Bourguignon has a degree in Chinese Bioenergetic Therapies from the Real Centro Universitario Escorial María Cristina and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela. He studied Acupuncture, Tui-Na and Medicinal Chi-Kung at the International Acupuncture Training Center in Beijing.He began his Chi-Kung studies in 1984 in France and England, and regularly travels to Thailand to follow the teachings of Taoist Master Mantak Chia. He has a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Escorial University Center and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela (University Expert), advanced training in Acupuncture and Chi-Kung at the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center and in Chi-Kung at the Wudang Academy of Taoist Arts.

Daily breakfasts are included and served by the hotel.

- For a cancellation less than 10 days prior to the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a cancellation 10 days or more prior to the retreat, the deposit will be refunded.
- You will need to complete the remaining payment on arrival at the Retreat.
