Una experiencia artística viva inspirada en el poder y la sabiduría que nos transmite el bosque en profundidad.
Naturaleza Mágica y Danza Integral, es un Ciclo estacional de encuentros en la naturaleza. Cada estación nos regala la riqueza de su energía orgánica hacia la que podemos alinearnos para vivir más plenamente nuestros pasos a diario. Cada retiro está compuesto por 15 horas de taller en sala y en la naturaleza, constituidas por un trabajo somático de acondicionamiento y liberación emocional y una propuesta creativa de expansión y profundización a través del movimiento expresivo. El contexto elegido nos invita a la regeneración profunda y al cultivo de nuestro cuerpo, emociones, reflexiones y bioenergía personal. El proceso está delicadamente tejido por dinámicas grupales e individuales de máxima creatividad, calidad, sostén y profundidad; así como ligeras, frescas y divertidas. Puedes sumergirte en esta experiencia para disfrutar, aprender, profundizar, liberarte, expresar tu potencial, y ser tú misma, renovada. Naturaleza Mágica y Danza integral es una experiencia artística viva, inspirada en el poder y la sabiduría que nos transmite el bosque en profundidad. Desarrollaremos una creación individual y grupal a través de la danza pura, en comunión con tu naturaleza salvaje. Cultivaremos el Ser Naturaleza que se cuida a sí misma, abriendo puertas entre los distintos reinos que conviven en Gaia. Traspasaremos distintas dimensiones en un peregrinaje iniciático con 4 estaciones en lugares poderosos de Aralar, para Ser guardianas de nuestra propia luz y nuestros dones.

Sorabile es un caserío situado en el valle de Araitz, en Navarra, entre Donostia y Pamplona. Situado en el Parque Natural de Aralar, con unos bosques y unas montañas increíbles El Alojamiento es en albergue compartido con pensión completa desde la cena del viernes, hasta la comida del domingo. La alimentación es ovo lácteo-vegetariana ecológica con productos de proximidad.

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days prior to the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days prior to the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation of a retreat 50 or more days prior to the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You will need to complete the remaining payment on arrival at the Retreat.
