ONLY YOU private retreat concept and series, developed by our highly experienced psychologists, was designed for people who feel the need for a personalized detox, healing and revitalization retreat to deeply regenerate and renew their stressed mind and body. Self-regulation is one of the most central issues in trauma healing and initially means being able to put yourself in a good state. This by means of constructive self-regulatory mechanisms, which help the autonomic nervous system (neurophysiological processes) to assess the environment as safe. Symptom chains that are often highly dynamic and extremely dysfunctional, such as autoimum disorders and chronic exhaustion syndromes (CFS / fatigue), begin to regulate themselves step by step until they are completely resolved. This is completely undisturbed by external influences and focuses on your own processes. Exclusively and individually designed for one client, maximum of 2 people. In consultation with the client and their needs, an individual program for the mind, soul and body structure is created. Our goal is a deep and long-lasting regeneration of our client, as well as the ability to continue a healthy lifestyle independently. The mind-body-soul system is led back into a state of basic trust, in which from now on intuition instead of mind control may take over. Arrival by plane or ferry to Palma de Mallorca. From Palma de Mallorca we will be happy to reserve an inexpensive rental car or arrange a singles shuttle. The journey time from there to CHEZ ZeN is around 30 minutes.
Everyone is warmly welcome to participate in our retreats and as guests of CHEZ ZeN. Parents are also welcome to attend with their children, and a babysitting service is available. In the following cases, requirements must be coordinated with the retreat management at least 14 days before the start of the retreat and, if necessary, individually adapted: - Competitive and professional athletes - Individuals with food intolerances and severe allergic reactions - Individuals with profound uncertainties - Individuals with relevant disabilities and addictions It is absolutely necessary to submit the completed initial anamnesis form. Additionally, a preparatory telephone call should take place before the journey to discuss the retreat's content and procedure. Therefore, we advise against booking at the last minute. The prerequisite for participation is a holistically appropriate and stable health situation. For acute issues such as substance abuse, severe psychological impairments, or ongoing drug therapies, an informal, evaluative discussion with the organizer is required prior to booking to assess the suitability for participating in the retreat. If information on such topics is withheld from us, the organizer is not liable for any consequences. There is always some rotation of therapists and teachers throughout the year. The content is also continually being developed further. Participant Responsibilities: Participants and teachers must place dishes, glasses, and cutlery in the dishwasher and return them to the cupboards after meals. The kitchen team will clean and put away buffet dishes. During winter months, retreat participants must ensure that the floors of community areas are regularly swept due to dirt brought in from outdoor activities, children, or pets. Cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, including fresh bed linen and towels, are performed by our team before and after a 7-day retreat. For retreats longer than seven days, intermediate cleaning takes place. Candles and incense sticks are only allowed under supervision in the large practice room and the dining area, but not in other areas of the center. Campfires and brasero operations are only possible with supervision and must be coordinated with the team on site in advance. Fire protection regulations must be observed in all buildings. This information can also be found in our Terms and Facilities and is available to the respective teacher. Special importance is given to vegan detox nutrition as an active part of this retreat. It will gently support the detoxification processes and help build new intestinal flora. Depending on requirements, gentle juice smoothies and broth fasting are integrated, but they are never strenuous for the body. You don't have to miss out on enjoyment either. The freshly and lovingly prepared and presented Ayurvedic, detoxifying dishes and drinks will provide new culinary experiences. The Ayurvedic dishes and drinks are prepared based on the individual dosha type. A purely alkaline diet is implemented. Freshly prepared vegan Ayurveda dishes, healthy Breakfast, multi-course dinner, all hot and cold drinks, as well as raw food snacks between meals. The ayurvedic dishes are prepared with organic and sugar-free foods.

Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days prior to the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days prior to the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation of a retreat 50 or more days prior to the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You will need to complete the remaining payment 30 days prior to the retreat.
