What the food will be like
Special importance is given to vegan detox nutrition as an active part of this retreat. It will gently support the detoxification processes and help build new intestinal flora. Depending on requirements, gentle juice smoothies and broth fasting are integrated, but they are never strenuous for the body. You don't have to miss out on enjoyment either. The freshly and lovingly prepared and presented Ayurvedic, detoxifying dishes and drinks will provide new culinary experiences. The Ayurvedic dishes and drinks are prepared based on the individual dosha type. A purely alkaline diet is implemented.
Freshly prepared vegan Ayurveda dishes, healthy Breakfast, multi-course dinner, all hot and cold drinks, as well as raw food snacks between meals. The ayurvedic dishes
are prepared with organic and sugar-free foods.
A great and well-prepared place. We were looking for a few days of relaxation and reconnection and found a very good balance between the different activities, which were very enriching. Many thanks to the whole team, especially to Volker, who was very attentive and caring.
From the moment you arrive, you're wrapped in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Being surrounded by nature, hearing birds sing during yoga sessions, and taking in the stunning scenery truly helps you disconnect from the world. The facilities are spotless—the saltwater pool, sauna, and fire pit all invite you to relax. 200% recommended.
The food, the teachers, the place and the environment, basically everything was great. The perfect reset, we will try to come back. Thank you :)
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must complete the remaining payment 30 days before the retreat.
To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid 30 days before the retreat starts.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
