Llevo más de dos décadas enseñando yoga y estoy formada como Profesora de Yoga Transformacional en Ámsterdam y como Terapeuta de Yoga en Nashik, India. También soy Coach Ejecutiva y de Vida, Masajista y Healer. Mi pasión es crear un espacio acogedor y cercano donde cada persona pueda conectar consigo misma a través del yoga, el movimiento, la respiración y el bienestar. Cada sesión se adapta a la energía y experiencia del grupo, ofreciendo tanto prácticas suaves como oportunidades para profundizar en la práctica.

What the food will be like
Meals are not included in the retreat programme. Each cottage is equipped with its own kitchen, giving you the freedom to prepare your meals whenever you wish.
If you prefer a more relaxed experience, catering can also be arranged upon request.
Cancellation and payment policy
- For a booking cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For a booking cancellation between 30 and 49 days before the retreat, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- For a cancellation 50 or more days before the retreat, we will refund the deposit in full.
- You must complete the remaining payment 30 days before the retreat.

To reserve your spot you only need to pay a deposit. The rest is paid 30 days before the retreat starts.
The deposit or booking payment is made online with a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). If the retreat requires a remaining payment, it is handled directly with the organizer.
