For those who want to discover the beauty of Tantra

In this introduction weekend, we will experience together, in a very safe way, the beautiful wisdom of tantra and how to integrate this wisdom in our daily lives here in the Western world.

We will learn what real connection is, from heart-to-heart, we will learn how important healthy boundaries are as well as how to express our desires in our relations. We will learn through experiencing through the body, and pleasure will be our main tool to work with, so we will also have a lot of fun.

During this introduction workshop, we will work around the following 4 topics:

Tantra, the Way of the Heart:
In this opening session we explore several different ways of connection, as in Tantra, everything begins with connection. In this first introductory workshop, we’ll focus on how to cultivate a healthy connection with yourself and from there, with another. True connection always begins in the heart. Together, we’ll explore one essential question: What is love?

Healing the Roots:
We are all longing for love, health, success and fulfilled relationships. All this becomes available if we allow ourselves to accept and receive our mother and father fully, because life flows to us through their arms. In this workshop, we will find healing together of all what needs to be healed regarding the roots of our existence.

Polarity – Masculine & Feminine:
We all seek love, and there is nothing more beautiful and sacred than the love between masculine and feminine energies. We are deeply drawn to one another, yet often struggle to understand each other and live in harmony. In this workshop, we will explore this dynamic and delve into the meaning of sacred union and sacred sexuality.

Celebrating Life:
Let’s celebrate life together. In this session, we invite you to celebrate life with an open heart and mind beyond judgments of right and wrong. It encourages you to fully embrace the present moment, where your senses awaken and your body vibrates with aliveness. Playfulness becomes a gateway to surrendering to the now, allowing you to experience life in its fullness.

Mónica Peña Fernandez (1977) Through my relation with Peter I came in contact with the path of Tantra and from the first moment on it felt like coming home. It felt like this is really who I am and were I want to dedicate my life at. Since that moment everything changed, and after following trainings for the last three years, I stopped my career in sales to become a fulltime Tantra facilitator. In my work as a Tantra facilitator, my qualities that allow me to serve are: playfulness, intuition and living from the heart. I offer individual Holistic massages and Tantra massages. Together with my husband Peter we facilitate Tantra workshops and trainings for groups and Tantra massage trainings private or in group. We offer as well consultations for couples around relation issues, as well as private 4 hands Tantra massages. Peter Aelbrecht (1965) After working for 32 years, as a doctor in medicine in the field of prevention, chronic life quality issues and trauma related problems, and after having followed the path of Tantra for the last 20 years, I decided to follow my heart and stopped working as a doctor to become a full time Tantra facilitator. In my work as a Tantra facilitator, my qualities that allow me to serve are: bringing joy, being in loving presence, holding space for you and creating clarity around certain issues. As an author, I have written a series of best selling self help books about energy known under the title “Homo Energeticus”. I offer individual Tantra consultations, Coaching sessions, Holistic massages and Tantra massages. Together with my wife Monica we facilitate Tantra workshops and trainings for groups and Tantra massage trainings private or in group. We offer as well consultations for couples around relation issues, as well as private 4 hands Tantra massages. Ha sido una experiencia excelente. El lugar es espectacular, las instalaciones comunes y las habitaciones están completamente renovadas. El programa de actividades fue enriquecedor y la reserva con Aloha Book Retreats muy cómoda y sencilla.

Me encantó la ubicación, muy tranquila, en plena naturaleza. En cuanto a la comida, a pesar de no ser vegana, tenía cierto temor de quedarme con hambre o no disfrutarla, pero para mi sorpresa, estaba perfecta. Las anfitrionas saben cómo cuidar a los demás.

La verdad es que, a pesar de tener experiencia previa en meditación, nunca antes había practicado yoga. Me ha dejado encantada! También tuve la suerte de coincidir con personas maravillosas. La atención al cliente de Aloha Book Retreats fue amable y efectiva!
